Prestige Golden Grove is a historical township in Kollur (Velimela), West Hyderabad. Its wide and future-focused Master Plan spans 28.7 acres and has over 60 designed features and open-area highlights. The proposal includes ten high-rise towers with more than 5120 luxurious apartments, each with two basements, three podiums, and fifty-two stories. Construction comprises just 20% of the entire built-up area. The ten high-rise structures in the Prestige Golden Grove project are clearly defined in the tower plan. In order to maximize resident comfort, the residential towers are organized in a roomy manner. Each tower has been carefully constructed to maximize airflow and provide enticing vistas of verdant surrounds.
